1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or discounted promotional items (if stated)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@falconrize.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide the reason for return
  4. Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective

Our support team will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Falconrize is not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional processing time.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective watch
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

We will offer:

  • Replacement
    OR
  • Full refund (including shipping if applicable)

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For size adjustments (metal strap resizing), we recommend visiting a local watch technician.


9. European Union (Italy) Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws.

This applies only if the product is unused and in original condition.
